Beware of Salesboom: DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS

Salesboom's website, sales force, and technical staff WILL LIE to you to get you commit to a contract.

They will politely lead you to believe that their product can do things that it just can't do. In the case of their project management claims, don't believe a word they say. Their website is misleading and fraudulent. I made repeated attempts for some form of remedy, but SALESBOOM DOES NOT CARE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN REMOVE THEIR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

If you sign a contract with them, you might as well say goodbye to any meaningful form of customer service, too. I even tried to work things out with them, then I worked through the Canadian Better Business Bureau, but SALESBOOM COULD CARE LESS.

In my case, after I signed up under a one-year contract, I expected them to turn on the "full version" which was to contain project management capabilities. Come to find out, what is in their trial software is it. They will hide behind their contract and you won't see a penny of your money back.

Your are better off looking elsewhere for a web-based project management application.
