A and E Factory Service

I've had A&E out to my house here in Salt Lake City 3 times now to

fix my ice machine. Tey have fixed it twice each time taking over a

month and multiple visits to complete the job, Each time I have

gotten the run around from both A&E and Amana. Amana doesnt seem to

care who services there refrigerators. Dont buy Amana, it garbage. I

have had the fridge for year and a half. The guy came out today,

again, and said he didnt have that part. He will have to come back it

another 2 weeks. It was the exact same scenario each time.

Unfortunately I bought their repair warranty so I am locked in to

using these people. Its unbeleivable how they get away with this type

of unprofessionalism. No one cares about good customer service

anymore....
