why?

i cant get my motorola krazr phone to connect to th computer to download music to it. my computer dings then the hardware wizard comes up and at the end it says that it cannot find the nessesary software i have looked around for a week and still cannot get the software. where can i get it so that i can get music on my phone. also if i continue to go on without the software the music program says there is nothing connected to the commputer. how do i fix that too
