To whom it may concern,

I am hoping you can help me resolve this issue. I ordered the product

shown below on December 29, 2008. I never received the introductory

7-day free trial. Foolishly, I thought the trial would start after I

received the trail amount but found out differently when I was charged

$124.90 on January 15, 2008. At that time I called and cancelled my

order. I was told that when the shipment for which I had been billed the

$124 arrived, that I could send it back and receive a refund for $84.90.

To date, I have not received either the initial free 7-day trial nor the

shipment I was subsequently billed for. So far, I have been billed

$131.85 for something I have never received. Is there any way to resolve

this? I can't return something I've never received and it seems unfair

to have paid for something I have never gotten. This is now over one

month.

Is there anyone with the authority to simply issue me a full refund?

Thank you for your assistance. I have tried to call several times and

have not been able to get through by phone. Also the email address from

which I received the confirmation does not work. Your legal

department&#226€™s email also doesn&#226€™t work. I see Luster White has

several listing in a consumer complaint site

(http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/283/RipOff0283364.htm). I now

understand why. I have also reported you to Email User

and asked them to help resolve this.
