FTD.COM DISASTER
|
Flowers for a funeral FTD.com unknown, un unknown US I ordered a floral arrangement on-line for the funeral of my co-worker's grandmother. I paid extra to have a nice arrangement. Imagine my surprise when I went to the viewing and saw the flowers. It not only didn't look anything like the arrangement that I had ordered, there were not a lot of flowers, even though I had paid extra to have a larger arrangement. The quality of the work was atrocious. I was embarrassed to have my name on the card. I would rather have sent nothing than that mess. I contacted FTD.com on January 17, 2008, to register my complaint about the quality of product. After I emailed them I received an automatic email from their system stating that I would receive a responce within 48 hours. That was two weeks ago. That's OK though. I've been busy contacting everyone I know and telling them not to purchase from FTD.com. And I get them to pass this on to everyone they know. Some companies only care about customers when they're gone. If you need flowers you'd be better off going to a local florist or even the grocery store has better arrangements than what they sent.
