Advertising Brand Batteries but Selling Generic

Company advertises "Sony" batteries, but then ships generics. There is fine print which reads 100% OEM compliant. They claim this gives them the right to sell generic. All other generic suppliers I researched were a lot cheaper, yet they clearly stated they were generic. I find LapTopsforLess's policy to be very misleading and fraudulent. When I contacted LapTopsforLess, they said they would charge me 15% for return order.

This consumer obviously did not read the battery description. We clearly state that the battery is 100% EOM compatible. Below is a sample of what the description reads
