I am still receiving calls from Dell Finance group asking for someone named "Marleen". I have now received 14 calls and spoken to six different people. I have told each of them that they have the wrong number, yet they continue to call. They have apologized and said they will remove my number from the list, this hasn't happened. If I tell them once they have the wrong number when they call from 866-395-5011 they call back next time trying to restrict the caller ID information using *67. I will now never buy another Dell computer for my business. I will very soon post this complaint in my local news paper.

cit bank is the muscle behind the card but it is managed by Dell Financial .... however, if you continuiously harrass CIT Bank and corprate headQuarters you may make some progress .... I for instance Fax corprate headquarters everyday ..... it is costing them a fortune in paper and It costs me nothing :)

That number is Dell Financial Services, not Dell PC, they're probably trying to collect on a debt. I really feel bad for you, but Dell Financial Services is operated by CIT Bank, and they're infamous for ignoring repeated notices that they've got a wrong number. One option is to inform them that if they continue to call, you'll start billing them for your time on the phone, including the time it takes you to get to the phone. You also may be able to threaten or actually report them to the authorities for harrassment, if they're calling that often. What I'd do is get an answering machine/voicemail and record a message on it "If this is Dell looking for Marleen, you have a wrong number, all others leave your name and number after the beep." You also can call your phone company and have their number blocked, but there may be a fee to this, depending on the company.
