Lost items not returned

I left an outfit in a drawer in room 1446. This is a club level room and we are priority club members.

When I called to inquire about having them returned, I was told that they had not been turned in to lost and found.

It was very difficult to talk to a manager, and I was denied the opportunity to speak with the general manager.

These clothes obviously did not walk out of the hotel on their own,so obviously they were misplaced or taken by hotel personel.
