Internet/Ebay Fraud

I won a Dell Precision M60 Mobile Workstation on Ebay. The seller offered a express warranty. When I received the PC it was defective. I returned it for repair in accordance with the warranty. The seller now refuses to repair it, return it, or refund my money.

I believe his actions to be illegal. He has both my money and my property and refuses to return either.

First, I would like my laptop back. I will pay the $300 to have it repaired here in the Commonwealth.

Second, I would like to see this company sanctioned. The last time I checked larceny was illegal, not to mention internet fraud.
