Also, when the technician hooked me up, he failed to set up one of the tv's; then when I contacted him for set up, which took two calls to get hold of him, I was told I had to go from room to room to watch one of the tv's for changing channels, etc. He failed to tell me this and should have offered to set up another receiver so I would not have to go from room to room to watch one tv. I also did not have all channels on all sets like I should have. After having them for three days, I called to cancel and was told I would have to pay over $450.00 for an early disconnect fee. There should be more time for one to decide if they do or do not want to keep the service. I would never recommend them to anyone!
