DHL delivery on wrong days, not received parcel after 2 weeks+

DHL Express 178-188 Great South West Road Hounslow, En TW4 6JS GB www.dhl.co.uk I am expecting a parcel to be delivered to me. The sender sent it out on 11 Jan. DHL tried to deliver on a Thursday when I was out, and left a card. I telephoned the number on there and just got a stupid automated service which allowed me to specify a day for redelivery. I chose Friday (I phoned on a Friday, so I knew it would be the following Friday), knowing that I would be in all day on Friday. But, instead of delivering the parcel on Friday, they came on Thursday, and left a card again stating they had tried to deliver. I complained via their website and eventually got a reply asking when I want it delivered. There was no apology, and their emails state "assuring you of our close co-operation at all times". They asked when I would like the parcel delivered. So I replied and wrote "today", as that day was Friday, the day they were supposed to deliver. I then sent another email requesting delivery on Monday morning. I then received a phone call saying that they would deliver on Monday. I assumed they had read my email and would deliver on Monday morning, but Monday morning came and went and it was not until I got home from work (I work late afternoon/evenings) that I found they had tried to deliver late on Monday afternoon and left a card as I was out. I sent another email today and again no apology, just a request to call their automated line to request a new delivery day and the tagline "assuring you of our close co-operation at all times". So far they have not co-operated at all. They have ignored requests for delivery on certain days/times and still I have not received my parcel. They just like to waste time and come when they like rather than when I specify. They have my phone number, it would not be difficult for the driver to phone me first before delivering to check that I will be in. How about some close co-operation? Kodak sent our printer ink DHL. at work all day, no one is home if they bang on the door. i have called the number provided and end up with nice people in an office near Toronto who know nothing and repeated calls get different answers. 3 weeks now and still no printer ink. DHL may work well for 9 to 5 business but not for working people. the last suggestion was to have Kodack reship. shake your head ;-) does anyone really believe a second package would be deliverd ? i think not.
