Bell Mobility Due to 1 repeated double billing for several month 2 poor service with no improvement after , on their suggesting, to buy a new phone 3 new phone stopped working after one year or less, dealer in Belleville wanted $300 to replace phone, contacted Bell without even trying to solve that problem 4 finally cancelled service around Nov 27 2006 Paid my bill for November usage in December. 5 At no time did I ever sign a agreement re cancellation fee, had been a Bell customer sins 1957. 6 Bell continued to send me bills but not providing service, phoned them numerous times about this, after 6 month was offered a free replacement phone. 7 Got letter from collecting agency a month later got notice from Bell that they were going to get a collecting agency to collect several month of bills (this is after cancellation and not being able to use their service) 8 still getting bill for 736.98 and never used their service 9 When calling them get some rude and conceded personnel on the phone, never able to talk to a supervise or some one higher up in management. 10 I live on a small pension and cannot afford to spend money foolishly on unfair business practises
