WICKS StainSafe Bad business!!!

In October of 2006 I purchased a $2000 sectional and ottoman. I also purchased the StainSafe 3 year warranty - which teh sales agent stated covered all damage and stains to fabric including rips and tears. Well the seams are coming apart in several places on my sofa and noe 13 months after I bought it - Stainsafe is stating that seams seperation is not covered under the warranty. I would have had to purchase a different 3 year warranty which covers inside parts and manufacture's defects. (which by the way was NEVER offered to me) So now I have a couch with seams seperating and no solutions.

BEWARE of any stain protections offers. They always get out of it - I had a few stains on a couch (all the same product that spilled over a few spots) and they stated that it was more than 5 dots so therefore it was considered wear and tear and not a stain. Its a waste of your money.

I have called numerous ppl at Wicks and gotten no where - so now I will make sure to tell everyone I know NOT TO SHOP at Wicks. Its a shame too because up to this point I had good expereinces with them.
