Ripped off

I was told to subscribe to 2 offers & I would win a laptop, I did, 2 different cd clubs, spent alot of money & now I am no where with these people. They ripped me off & now dont know what to do about it. Cant believe a company as big as Toshiba would want to be involved with this company anymore. I e mailed Toshiba to let them know what this web site is doing. It is wrong.
