I replied to an e-mail that said that I could take out a subscription to

Blue Mountain and cancel it within one month and they would not debit .


 


I cancelled the arrangement by e-mail to the sales department one day after

as I could not get it to work . A further e-mail was sent asking them NOT

to claim the 33.98usd shortly after.


 


The 33.98 was paid by paypal and when I sent an e-mail to bluemountain the

replied saying that I did not cancel within the period of time which is not

correct as cancelled well within the period.


 


I looked through their web pages and and it states that e-mails sent to

their customer services department are replied to within 48 hours and have

still not received a reply within this period of time to my e-mail sent

after their refusal to refund e-mail.


 


Since my episode with Blue Mountain have looked through the internet and

have found others having problems getting money back .
