workmans' compensation payments

court ordered workmans comp payments are being withheld. this company is ignoring a court order. this company is causing hardship to this injured party. health south and their insurance carrier are in violation of a court order.what in GODS name is wrong with this system that allows this to happen. people work all their life and put into a system that is suppose to protect them when injured on the job. what good does it do to have this money taken out of your paycheck every week if the employer does not pay and gets away with it. health south is unfair to their nurses.Shame on health south.
