Re: Time Warner Cable Response to inquiry 152427 Hello, I am very much frustrated with the attitude of the technician visited our home. I was very clearly told the customer support that the techhnicians came before said they can not do anything and said there is no point in sending another technician. However they send another technician and he did the same. The problem is not with the speed test. Latency and Packat Discards are also part of Internet connection in addition to the speed. This is what I was told by ATT. Please visit www.testyourvoip.com to find more details about the internet used for voip. Please confirm in writing that Timewarner is not responsible for poor quality of Latency and Packet Discards. Then I will take it up with ATT. This is putting me in more trouble so I need immediate help. Your reply will isolate the problem and I will deal with ATT.
