issue with Telus communications

issue with Telus communications I have a long distance provider, that through the texting side of my = service I have [ unlimited] from Telus, which I pay them for not Telus - = yet Telus is now charging me long distance when they have no right to, = and I have spoken to 7 reps from there and they are all telling me that = they can charge me for it - my problem is that they show a high number = of texts which actually line up with the number of long distance calls = that were made - which to me shows that these were my calls made and = provided by my long distance carrier, yet Telus is charging me for it. = Iknow for a fact that I never made that many texts or even close to that = [ less than 5% would be texts] and they have no excuse for the rest. My = long distance provider is Dingaling.ca and they have a ligitimate = service, and what they tell me is that I am the only client they have = out of approximately 4000 that has this issue. What I hope is that I can = get some support from you in any form to help if you can.
