credit card charged but no product

parts for remote control helicopter xheli.com , ca US xHeli.com 12-28-07 ordered parts for product. Was sent email giving tracking number and stated order on its way, delivery date 01-07-08. Emailed company that no product received. Return email said they would check on it and contact me. 01-15-08 emailed again, no product received, got the same reply. 01-23-08 got credit card bill with charge on it for product. Emailed again concerning missing order with no reply this time. Got on website and entered chat with customer service rep with no satisfaction whatsover; she would state she could guarantee me delivery within three weeks and would email me that guarantee then said she could not and would not do it. And so on and so on. Tried the phone number cust. serv. rep gave me. No one answers at that number. I am really disgusted. Company name is xHeli.com. Credit card billed almost $200 for this order I never received. I opened the box and it had no engine in it. I tried calling the number listed on the web site and no one answers the line. I went on the live chat and spoke to Amy, she told me that someone would get back to me ASAP, no one did. So I called my credit card company and put in a disspute with them, I will get re-funded and will no longer order anything from this company.... Oh the number for them is 626-968-9860...
