Airtel Recovery Department Harashing my handicap father

Sir ,

My Name is Harmeet Singh ( Airtel Mob 9818422977) . I received a bill of Rs 28000/- . I complained about the bill But recovery people forced me to settel your case by paying Rs 9000/- & took a Cheque with the promise that they will provide me settelment letter . after then no body responded . At present , I am in USA . Recovery people now disturbing my handicap father at my residence . One lawyer Mr A.K.Tyagi Mob No 9958619256 told me we just want you to pay the bill without solving your queries. How can I pay the wrong Bill. Still I am ready to pay the reasonable settlement amount . I hope airtel will provide me settelment letter on my e-mail . I will pay accordingly .
