delay in supply of refill cylinder

Sir,

I have booked for my refill on 4-1-2008 with m/s shreya enterprises,hyderabad, india, hp lpg distributor. At that time i was informed that refill will be supplied "WITHIN" 10 days. the waiting list number is 1249.i waited patiently but the supply has not been made till 21-1-08. when i enquired on 21.1.08, the staff informed that there was no booking at all! i was surprised. she asked me to make a fresh booking and the delivery will take another 12 days !!! this is not the first time we are having problems with this distributor. earlier also after complaining only we are getting refills.hope some body will take some action in this regard early.

SHOULD I BOOK AGAIN AND WAIT FOR ANOTHER 15-20 DAYS?
