Worst online shopping experience at Sky mall website

I, Rohan purchased a gift set at skymall website using lufthansa miles and more (by earned miles).I immediatedly got a order confirmation number for the same as follows and also 15,000 miles got deducted from my account.

On 22nd Jan 2008 i called at SkyMall Personal Shopper at 1-800-409-3278 for status of my order.I was shockingly told that we haven't received your order at all.

They kept me waiting for around 45 mins.They kept telling me that we cannot do anything.I kept telling them that now since my 15,000 miles have already been deducted and it has been 10 days since i placed this, pls initiate the order

atleat now.The supervisor was not ready t consider my request at all.She said that we cannot do anything.Now we will credit your 15,000 miles only after 7 days.Then only I can place order.That means now i have to wait another 7 days to get my 15,000 miles.After that i can place order.Then i have to wait for new order confirmation number.I kept requesting i need my order urgently but the supervisor was not ready to compromise at all.This is the worst online shopping experience i had in last 3 years.

Folks please beware of this !!!!!

Totally agree. This is the absolute worse online shopping experience I have ever had.

Stay away from these people. They are middlemen who have no clue or power to help the consumer with an issue.

I have reported them to the BBB.
