False Advertising

I ordered the Deluxe ATV Kit which I had seen in their catalog which clearly shows someone applying camo vinyl to an ATV that has been cut in pieces. When I called to order the kit I needed for my specific ATV I was told which kit to order. When the "kit" arrived, it contained two large pieces of camo vinyl. It wasn't a kit. There wasn't even a pattern to show me how to cut out the vinyl. This is clearly false advertising and the company refuses to pick up and return the product and are telling me I have to pay to return it plus a 15% restocking fee. This is outrageous!
