Called to get new CD..talked to India. After being on hold for over an hour I was told no CD's are in stock and to call back in 2-3 weeks. Checked online, after the fact, to find many people were sent defective CD's and the company new it. Shoddy product, shoddy service and bad PR for Magellan. I will tell everyone!!
