HOUSING LOAN ACCOUINT

I have two housing loan accounts:

1. acc no. 37783033=20

2/ acc.no. 3803873

Both these accounts are in arrears in the region of RM22,000 (COMBINED)

I have been getting phone calls from your customer service dept. in the =

region of almost 15 to 20 calls a day. Due to the nature of my current =

job, I am unable to attend to these calls. and when I do, the officer =

concerned becomes too agressive demanding to know why these calls are =

not attended and when I could make the payment.

I am arranging for funds to settle the loans totalling RM125,000 in one =

lump sum and need a month until March, 2008 to raise the money before =

settling the outstanding loans in the region of RM125,000.

Now I am made to understand that the bank has taken steps to auction of =

my property which is worth more than RM350,000 and the date of the =

auction is fixed on 6th March, 2008.

I am unable to do anything at this juncture and all I want is my =

property to be rescued at any cost.
