CVS PHARMACY - RUDE and BAD SERVICE

Tried to get a prescription filled at the 24 hr cvs pharmacy at 9:45 pm and twice the person on the phone says nobody called in a the order, when it was actually there, but the name was misspelled- they didn't even bother to check for me. Took over 4 hours to get a prescription filled from the time it was called in.

The person on the phone mumbled the whole time and was very rude. Not even helpful to simple questions. Completely lacking phone etiquette.
