When I go on line and it says "you've got mail," the mail does not load. I

called Customer service and got someone in India that I had difficulty

understating.

I was told "Yes, I can fix that" Then I was told it would cost $49.50 to do

it. I used a profanity and hung up. Since then I have been searching for

another carrier.
