Pharmacy is inefficient! People who called in their prescriptions a day ahead of time still have and excessive wait time because prescriptions are not ready.
On Saturday, January, 19, 2008; there was a huge line and also other people waiting for their names to be called to receive a prescription they had called in a day in advance. The average wait time was over 45 minutes in line. Some people had been there longer, waiting.
When the manager was called he/she never showed up, or when they saw the line they avoided showing their face. The cashier was frustrated because she had NO HELP and could not call for help. She started allowing her aggravation to show by snapping at a few customers verbally.
I understood her situation and was able to get her to smile, but this should not be a problem and it seems to be a constant issue on most days of the week at this store. There is another store only a few miles away in Summerfield and they seldom have lines and are always kind and considerate even when customers are less than forgiving.

Doubt this is a valid complaint. Leesburg is an amazing store and the manager at the time Jim Liard will go incredibly out of his way to assist customers. The url for your photo is invalid as is this claim I believe. I have never had a problem with this store and recommend it above any surrounding stores. The associates are incredibly friendly and I will not shop anywhere else.
