Harassing Debt Collection for a Debt Not Owed

Notwithstanding the fact that I am not the debtor on the credit card account this company is trying to collect - the social security number is different [no where close] - this company persists in calling my home to collect this debt. Everytime I think I have persuaded them that they have the wrong person, they wait 4-6 months and start the calls again.
