ok im not goin to go on with a long story. my brought my mustang to best buy for them to do an install which were subs. the one guy in the installation bay richard was wiring my subs. i noticed that he was on the phone at the time asking how to wire them. when he was finnished i asked him to test it. ok they work and sounded great. just as i left the store they blew meaning they broke. i turned back around and went in. richard was asked what did you do. abouluity nothing i had just left well there was nothin he could of done since they were blown. and now i had to go see the store manager. long store short the bald guy was a dick. he wouldnt refund me anything nadda. so i end up calling corperate.


now they made me go threw so much crap i had to go to another store to prove them that the subs were blown and how they got dammaged. well they were wired all wrong. so after i faxed in all the paper work from benchmark audio. i then had to go back and find the papers on when i bought the system. about 2 months later i got a call saying they will refund me $300 well its about time they do somthing. so if lil richard here didnt know what the hell is was doin he should not have done it. he swered up. and now my 03 mustang gt has a nasty smell of blown sound system. but hey i dont even matter i then just sold my america piece of crap to some red necks that think there cool.
