Embarq business phone service

After 3 months of not getting the promised business package at the =

pomised rate and multiple 1 hour plus holds and re routing with their =

customer service, I cancelled and then received a bill for $5.00 per =

minute. I am currently in the middle of a 2 hour call with Embarq and =

have talked to Orlando, Tusan, AZS, Canada twice, Nevada, back to Miami, =

back to Canada, back to Florida and I'm now talking with =

Ohio...........................

So help me God... if Embarq wasn't the only phone service in this little town in Wyoming I wouldn't use them. They can't get an order right and their call service people are as rude as HELL!!!

They are trying to charge me for internet service I never received,$350. dollars worth. Next stop, Wyoming consumer affairs or the Federal Commications officals.
