Consumer Complaint: M. Tech Developers

Consumer Complaint: M. Tech Developers Hi - I read about complaints.com and Pehredar and wanted to reach out to both of you for a consumer complaint I have regarding M.Tech Developers. I would really appreciate your help in this matter as the developer and dealer/sub-dealer have been unresponsive in providing me necessary updates about a property I invested in. The details are below. Property Name - Camellia Garden - 1, Bhiwadi Developer - M. Tech Type of Property - 3 BR apartment Background - I applied for a 3 BR flat in Camellia Gardens- I, Bhiwadi and made the first payment in May 2006 at the time of registration and second payment in Jan/Feb 2007. But, I have no update on the status of either the construction or the allotment of flat. In December 2007, I called the Delhi office to inquire about the status and was asked to visit the Delhi office. I visited their Delhi office and sat there for over almost 2 hours but no one was ready to give any useful information about the status. I asked them if I can surrender my apartment and get my money back. I was told there will be 15% penalty. I then emailed customer service to inquire about the status but the only thing they say is construction is going on full swing. I have the email conversation and will be willing to send that to you if needed. I checked with dealer / sub-dealer - they do not reply. I asked M.tech, and sub-dealer and dealer to give me T&C - again no response. I do have the receipts of the payments I have made. The issues I have - I need to know the status - When will I get the allotment letter, when will the construction complete. There has been a definite delay in the construction but I don't know the target completion date and M. Tech is unwillingly to give me this information. I have invested money and have the right to the information. If I want to surrender my apartment coz of the delays from M. Tech - why should i pay 15% penalty. In fact, M. Tech should be paying a penalty for the delays. In addition, I have had opportunity cost - I have put in 4 Lakhs into M.Tech and my money is not worth that much anymore...if I would put it in some where it would have given me substantial returns Why has M. tech not been able to tie up a bank for loan facility? To me that is a sign of a problem Dealer and Sub-dealer - they have been unresponsive in giving me any information either. But, we can deal with them later. Right now, I would like to know answers to first 3 questions. Please let me know if I can provide additional details. Thanks, Vipul

In fact I cancelled two properties that my parents nad I had invested in, with our hard earned money. Since last year (2007) I have been trying to get my refund for the same and still havent got it (overall amount 5 lac). I have been to their office several times, it makes no difference. I complained to teh police but since its not under their jurisdiction, they arent doing anything. Please let me also know if you have been able to achieve something fruitful. Also, provide your email and phone contacts. I am still trying to get my Goa Beach Village refund from Amit Jha of MTech Developers. I have not used my connections yet to put this developer in trouble but if need be, I will be able to take many serious actions against M-Tech Developers for fraud. Consumer Court, FIR with Police, Publishing in leading news papers about cheating customers are some of the immediate actions that I am going to take other than having my people find out where Amit Jha or Mehinder Sharma and his family are residing..... I will update you all about the progress... From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Friday, 09-May-08 20:51:55 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
