deceptive business practices

When I contacted this business by phone I was told that a flat fee of $35.00 would be charged to see what types of wigs they had and if I purchased a wig from them within a week the charge would be applied to that purchase. I went to pay the bill and was told that the charge was $70.00 and that they charged $35.00 for 20 minutes and my consultation had taken 40 minutes. When I questioned this the owner appeared and was very belligerent and threatening about the situation, which of course precludes my ever wanting to do any further business with him. I want other consumers to be aware of my experience, especially those undergoing chemotherapy.
