I set up with Synethia Turner, a prominent sales rep at the company, for book advertising 4 months ago. I recently got my copy of said yellow pages, and my ad was nowhere to be found.
When I try to call her to find out why my ad hasn't been placed, she avoids me and doesn't return my calls.

Hi,
Just started doing business with them and they are terrible. Would like to hear your story and perhaps start legal action against them. I have asked my rep to cancel my account but she is ignoring me reminding me of the 14 day cancellation clause, however, I'm not paying and will end up taking legal action against them

Legal action may be the only way I can get the thousands they took from me.
I would like to collect complaints and push towards a class action...
Even after I paused my listing they are still hitting my credit cards for about $500 a month and then tell me "they can".
