so called "VONAGE PHONE SERVICE"

I HAVE HAD ENDLESS TROUBLE WITH VONAGE.I ORDERED IT IN NOV.

THEIR EQUIPMENT COULD NOT BE CONFIGURED WITH MINE. I HAVE

HAD NO PHONE SERVICESINCE NOVEMBER. I HAVE WRITTEN AND CALLED

NUMEROUS TIMES.I SHIPPED THE EQUIPMENT BACK TO THEM DEC. 26TH. WAS PROMISED DURING ONE "OVERSEAS" CONNECTED PHONE

CALL THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CREDIT-NEVER HAPPENED. TODAY

I WILL SEND THEM ALL CORRESPONDENCE IN A CERTIFIED LETTER.

COST ME$100.TO REORDER SERVICE WITH VERIZON!! TONIGHT I

DISCOVERED A SITE: "VONAGE SUCKS!" VERY, VERY OBVIOUSLY

THERE IS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THIS "SO CALLED" CO.

I SIMPLY CANNOT AND WILL NOT ENDURE ANOTHER OF THEIR

ENDLESS PHONE MENUS, VOICE PROMPTS, HOLDING, HOLDING, ETC.

I AM SO ANGRY I WOULD LIKE TO START A CLASS ACTION SUIT!!!

I have my phone through my Broadband internet through USA Data Net. I have been with them for 3 years. I love them. I have an 800# for $3.00 a month something like 12 cents a minute. Voice mail that you can hear msg online, sent to you email acct. and hear them, from your phone from other phones. I can go into my online acct and change anything I want with my phone, like how many rings before voice mail picks up. You can put your phone on busy for an hour no calls go thru, I can put in certain phone #s to block them completel, send them to voice mail. I control what I want to do with incoming calls. I can get a print out of all incoming outgoing calls for up to 60 or 90 days can't remember which one. Another option, say you have a kid in college and you want to make sure they can call without a cost. You can get a # free for them to call that will come thru your phone for something like $4.00 month. I can't remember everything but anyone interested in a great broadband phone co. they also have internet, long distance that is a good one too. When I was stuck w/Verizon Data Net was my long distance in my connecting state it was 99 cents for as long as you talked 3 hr 99 cents.
