I SIGNED UP FOR $150.00 AUTO BILL PAY ON AUG 2007 IT NEVER TOOK EFFECT AND I

PAYED $30 LATE FEE ON SEPT 2007, BECAUSE THE AUTO PAY WAS NOT SET UP. I

TRIED SET UP ONLINE, BUT RECEIVED ERROR MESSAGES. SO I HAVE BEEN REQUIRED TO

PAY BY PHONE PAYING AND EXTRA $10 EVERY TIME OR I PAY AT THE BRANCH SINCE

THE AUTO PAY NEVER TOOK EFFECT. ON JAN 4TH, 2008 I LOGGED ON TO MY ACCOUNT ,

SAW THERE WAS NO PAYMENT POSTED AND PROCEEDED TO PAY $100 AT THE BRANCH.

WHEN I CAME HOME I CHECKED MY ONLINE ACCOUNT AGAIN, AND AN ADDITIONAL

$150.00 WAS TAKEN OUT, THAT WAS THE AUTO PAYMENT SET UP IN AUG 2007!!! I

CALLED THE BANK RIGHT AWAY AND A MAN SAID THEY WILL RETURN THE $150 BACK TO

MY ACCOUNT IN NO LATER THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. IT IS NOW JAN 16TH, 2007 NO

MONEY HAS BEEN RETURNED TO MY WAMU ACCOUNT, I ALSO HAVE $50 IN NSF CHARGES,

BECAUSE THEY TOOK OUT THE ONLY MONEY I HAD LEFT! I CALLED TODAY TO CLAIM MY

$ 150 AND TO REQUEST THE NSF CHARGES PAID. THEY REFUSED ASKED ME TO HAVE

WAMU WAIVE CHARGES. THE WELLS FARGO REP. THEN TOLD ME SHE SAW NO SCHEDULED

RETURN ON MY ACCOUNT, MEANING THEIR PREVIOUS REP DID NOTHING! NOW SHE

PROCEEDED TO RETURN THE $150 (13 DAYS LATER!) BUT SAID THEY WILL NOT PAY MY

$50 IN NSF CHARGES CAUSED BY THEM!!!! FINALLY THEIR SUPERVISOR SAID THEY

WILL RETURN THE $30 I PAID BACK IN SEPT, BECAUSE THE AUTO PAY FAILED AND MY

PAYMENT WAS LATE.. BUT I STILL HAVE $50 NSF CHARGES TO PAY!!!.... WHY WOULD

AUTO PAY TAKE EFFECT 5 MONTHS LATER, AS SOON AS I MADE A BRANCH

PAYMENT???????????????

Resolution Sought: PAY: $150 BACK TO MY WAMU ACCOUNT

PAY: $30 LATE FEES I HAVE PAID, BECAUSE AUTO PAY FAILED, EVEN AFTER

ENROLLMENT.

PAY: $50 NON- SUFFICENT FEES, FOR FAILING TO RETURN THE MONEY BACK ON TIME.
