Subaru of America denies warrantee coverage

Subaru of America denies warrantee coverage I bought a demo 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX with 9,000 miles. I purchased the Extended Gold Plus Warrantee coverage (7 year/100,000 miles). In the 7 months I have had the car. I have had to take it in several times for repeated issues. Everything was covered until now. The transmission broke and they are calling it user error. I have all the documentation and am doing all I can to get the word out. Subaru of America has officially denied the coverage. The new transmission will cost me $3500. I only drove this car 5,000 miles. Lemon? Well my attorney seems to think so. The transmission started to go bad at around 70,000 mi. There are over 200 "O" rings in their transmission and if one or two weren't installed correctly in the factory, it is necessary to dismantle the entire transmission to get to them. Therefore, it is a transmission rebuild. I had mine done for $1,500 by a Subaru authorized mechanic, since there is no warranty on my car. Subaru also has "improved" their parts for wheel bearings--they don't admit that the old ones are defective or sub-par. If a wheel bearing goes bad, make sure you have a mechanic who KNOWS Subarus and insist on new Subaru parts. I went through three sets of off-brand, wrong part for disc brakes installed, and used Subaru parts. This model year also has a recall for coolant leaks in the engine gaskets. Of course, these gaskets are also the same that prevent oil leaks, but Subaru says I need to submit all oil change records and then they will consider. I'm not holding out much hope. Also, at 90,000 mi. my keyless entry system is going beserk, setting off the alarm and locking doors spontaneously. So much for "Superior Subaru Quality" claims. Lemon?? I think so. I am entertaining thoughts of making a large lemon decal to display on my vehicle.
