Service Master Forgets

After having a leak in our 2nd home on property discoverd, Service Master deligently came out. The proceeded to set up blowers, fans, water extracting machines...They came back one time to check..and that was Friday..they neglected to return for 5 days!!!!!! I asked the husband..do they always leave the machinery running so long! NO! They fogot us!!!!

I was steered by my insurance claim's rep to ServiceMaster. They came out to my house after a fire. Two of my laptop computers were stolen from the job site, after their lower level management were scheduled to come out that evening. The theft was discovered by their employee. This was a baricaded and locked down site, with no signs of breaking and entering, and no theft in the two weeks after the fire, until those two low level managers were to come out. They then overbilled me, sent dirty, smokey items back to me, agreed to correct the bill, and modified it minimally.
