I have had the worst experience with customer service and worst experience shopping at �Heritage Gift Store� (http://www.heritagegiftstore.com/). I purchased two items for my daughter and was charged promptly.
And to my surprise the second item was never delivered but I was definitely charged for the second item thought. I must say this is the worst website to shop and Most insecure website which rips its customers from right under their nose.
Worst of all I never got a response or email from the customer service giving me any explanation...wheather it was a mistake on their behalf or the item is out of stock�??? I would never suggest this website to shop from until and unless you want to get DUPED.
