failure to receive goods charged for

failure to receive goods charged for On Nov 26th or 27th we ordered TWO Kidcraft Savannah Dollhouses from an online company called BabyAge.com, We received a confirmation by e-mail and showing a charge for two dollhouses. The charge showed up on our Visa bill also, for the two dollhouses.
We received one dollhouse promptly, about Dec 2nd or 3rd. I called babyage and said we had only received one dollhouse and was told the other one was to be shipped the next day, Dec 7th. I called again about Dec 13th and was told it was en-route. I again called on Dec 18th the person said she would research it and call me back. I did not hear from her.
The next day I decided to call Kidcraft customer service number, which was in the box of the dollhouse we did get. The person there was very helpful and researched it and said the problem was they had only received an order for ONE dollhouse from babyage. They said they did not have anymore left. I explained the two dollhouses were for our two little grandaughters (cousins) and we not could give to one without the other.
The Kidcraft customer service rep was very helpful and gave me a list of stores in California that carried their dollhouse. Most of them were sold out, I did finally find a place in Santa Barbara that had one left. The price was $79.00 more than from babyage which was $119.99 plus an additional $34.88 in taxes and shipping. We were desperate so we ordered and did receive it before Christmas.
The problem now is there is still the charge for two dollhouses by babyage on our Visa bill. I have called there customer service number five times and left messages, they have never returned my call. Additionally I have e-mailed them three times with no response. I even contacted Kidcraft again to see if they could give me another contact or assistance. They said they would e-mail babyage. That was three days ago, with still no response.
I feel babyage not only owes me for the dollhouse I did not receive and was charged for but also for the additional money I had to spend to get the second dollhouse: $113.88 plus $119.99. Total $244.77
Any assistance you can give me with this matter would be greatly appreciated. There address (obtained from a marketing e-mail from them) is babyAge.com, 360 Stewart Road, Wilkes Barre, PA 18706.
