auto renew Jan 15/08 our Visa was charged for renew of Norton 2008. By what authority did you charge our account? We received no e-mail or request prior to this showing on our Visa account. As we have purchased Norton security and deleted the first Norton from our computer we have no idea what coverage you charged us for. I will not accept any further negative billing from your company and will notify Visa of your un-authorized withdraw.
