Dell Computers - Dell lies to prevent a full refund.

I purchased a computer from Dell. The HD failed 20 days after invoice. After 6 and half hours on the phone Dell decided that the HD had failed and that they would send a new one. I asked for a complete refund. They offered to provide a new HD and pay to have my data rescued from the old one. NOW, while they admit they offered it they will not do it and ALSO if I don't return the old HD with my data on it within 10 days they will charge me for the new one. After getting frustrated and telling them to just refund my money they NOW say I am out of the warranty period for a refund.
