Antique Victorian Sofa Damaged

Feb. 2, 2007 I paid Simpleship Freight to move a Victorian Loveseat from Dunwoody, GA to Brookfield, CT. I paid $515.00 for the shipping and an additional $60.00 for $3,000.00 insurance. The sofa arrived damaged and they have refused to pay for the sofa. I have made many calls to them. Most times I have to leave a message on their machine and they never call back. If I do reach someone, they give me excuses. I have been told so many lies it is hard to believe anything that they say. It is now over a year later and to date this has not been settled. They are a bad company that doesn't stand behind what they promise.
