Best Buy

Hello, What good does this complaining do? I spent over $1200 on a computer at Best Buy last October 31, and hundreds more on supplies which I can get a little less at Staples. I bought the computer at Best Buy figuring the Rewards Zone would be worth it, and have received nothing. I just received a computerized phone call that said I must use my $20 coupon by the end of February or it will expire. I never received a coupon...and big deal...$20. I have been buying supplies, paper and inks elsewhere lately.
