I bought a truck from Enfield Ford. When I was working the deal out with the salesman. I said I did not want to buy it if it did not have a warranty. I told them I was willing to purchase one. So I did, an extended warranty. Three months after the purchase I went to honor it and they said it was not in the computer so it must not have gotten processed yet. So I called Enfield Ford and investigated and they said that the truck was never eligible for a warranty in the first place and that they would have to refund the money. So they told me that they would give me warranty in order to make a sale. So now i'm stuck with a truck with now warranty which I never wanted in the first place. What they did was a bait and switch. And 2 months later they still have not refunded the money!!!

Later I contacted the president about the situation to talk about it and he told me he would look into it and call me back. He never called back, or returned calls when I left messages. I even emailed him and other managers saying I was going to bring them to court, and still nothing.

I am very dissapointed and disturbed that a so called "reputable" company would just screw someone like that and think they could get away with it. But they wont. Anyone who plans on dealing with Enfield Ford, dont! They have no class, they dont care, and they are cowards.
