I was with another company that had taken my money in 2003 and just dissapeared. I spoke with a sales person and they asked for $1,400 and they would do everything they could do to take care of my situation as quickly as possible. I then sent the money and from that point I never heard from anyone for 2 months. I then called and asked if everything was o.k. with my case. I was reassured it was. 2 more months pass and I was asked for some more documentation from the other company I sent that via fax. Five months pass and still same but the case manager has now changed and they need more money. I refused and asked to talk to a manager. They gave me to the vice president of the company instead. He was very formal and considerate at the time. He listened about my situation and told me he was not going to charge me any more than what I was charged already. It gave me hope in a company to be this understanding and this personable. My case continued thru 2006 and I was contacted by a lady named Irina. She informed me my case was getting prepared for payment arrangements with the I.R.S. I then received an email that she needed some paperwork to complete this. I sent all paperwork to her and never heard back for 4 months. When I did hear back it was for more paperwork in which I sent. another 3 months passed and nothing was complete. It has been 3 years now and I paid $500 more for taxes and not one thing progressed. Resolution Sought: I just want this company to complete what they promised in the beginning. To make arrangements with the I.R.S. to pay off what I owe in payments. They also have not completed my 2006 tax returns after 2 months this is already paid for. I am going to run into another tax year because this company is not completing their original task. They contacted me via email and said they were just cutting off all contact with me and not refunding my money. This company has cost me more money and grief with the IRS than when I started.
