(no subject) There is a DD store in Brooklyn, N.Y. located on Kings Highway and West 3 street. This store's service is horrible. They are always talking to one another while I am ordering and not paying attention or hearing what I asked for. I go in and ask for a small coffee, light with no sugar and regular milk and leave. When I get to where I was going I find the coffee has sugar and it is almost black. They are so busy chatting with each other they do NOT hear what you want. Yesterday I went in and ordered two coffees and a coffee cake muffin. When I get to where I was going, I saw they gave me a coffee cake ring, or danish or whatever you call it. I handed the counter person one of your cards where you punch the coffee container on the card and the last one is for the free coffee. He said he was the manager and they do not honor these cards but will punch it for me. I had 2 coffees and they punched one hole on the card handed it back to me and charged me for the two coffees I purchased. I have decided never to go to that store again. The service stinks, you do not get what you want and I honestly believe the people working there either do not understand what you are asking for or really do not give a damn. You ought to send a crew of people posing as customers to this store and see for yourself. **************Ideas to please picky eaters. Watch video on AOL Living.
