I went into Chase Bank at 9138 S. Commercial in Chicago requesting a notory public. I was told to wait and they only have one person who does that request in the bank. (I don't understand why...). I had to wait until they finished with their customer. The Branch Manager Mr. Rodriguez came out of his office and called me so he could notorize my paperwork. No one was in his office. So the helper at Customer Assistant did not tell the truth. He stated that the notory person had someone in their office.

I gave him my social and ID (DL). He stated I needed a witness. I said I could go out in the mezanine area and get any signature as a witness. He said fine. I indeed got a signature. Came into his office and he than stated he needed the person and an Id from that person. These instructions could have been voiced prior. Now my paperwork is messed up and he would not sign or notorize my paperwork. I appreciate the lies and lack of communication from your management staff. I am a customer that has been with the bank over 25 years. I guess that is the way your long standing customers get treated.
