VISA was again billed $41.86 by Encore Music Co Inc 219-6324034 IN on 02/01/08. There was no second transaction. I caught the double-billing & eMailed Encore. Encore agreed to remove the second charge. Without careful consumer accounting, Encore could have pocketed an extra 41 bucks.
