Company refused to replace stolen product.

millionbuy US www.millionbuy.com I ordered a coby 2GB mp4 player. When I received the package it was ripped open and the mp4 player was missing. I contacted the company explaining the situation. I asked them to refund my money or send a replacement but they would not do that. They said there was nothing they could do. I asked them to file a complaint against the postal carrier and they said they would but never did. The customer support is also terrible. They never respond to your calls. Do not do business with this company because you will most likely regret it.
